Meet me … Georgina …. a mother of three (four if we include the other half) with six grand children, in her fifties who loves putting fingers to keys and creating stories. Long ones, short ones, horror ones, funny ones, sad ones, realistic ones, middle grade and young adult ones and just plain have no idea what genre to put them in ones.

I have always enjoyed writing but only seriously applying myself after I achieved my first NaNoWriMo in 2011 (have achieved four and as many, or more NaNo-Camps since).

I have been in a bit of a writing slump over the last 18 months. Upped-stakes and moved cross country with my husband because we wanted something new and different. Now that we have begun to settle in (been here a year now in South Yorkshire) I thought it was time to start something new, something to get back my written voice (lords knows my verbal noise flows ever so easily).

I think sharing is a great way to get my words flowing again. I am not promising anything I post will win a competition and I am sure I could enter some in a writing competitions but I am a bit of a procrastinator when it comes to things like that so instead I am just going to put some out there. If you like them or hate them, find them boring or think I need to make some adjustments please feel free to comment and …thank you in advance for taking a few minutes to poke around into a little corner of my imagination.
